George Horn swings down with his rusy ax as he chops some wood. “It’s not really the time to do this, but I got the wood for free, so I am preparing for this winter.,” Horn said as he surveyed the rows of oak he had left to split at his home north of White Hall.

Work continues on the White Hall Community Center and Water Park as passing motorists can now see the slides that have been installed as the water park nears completion just in time for the summer season.
