Correction

Hardin Baptist Church at 300 Todd Lynn Drive will be one of the polling sites for the special millage election conducted by the White Hall School District on April 14. The church was left off a list that was in a story in The Commercial on Sunday.

White Hall police reports

On March 12, officer Robert Rogers met with Andrea Smith of White Hall who reported that her son had driven her 2007 Honda to White Hall High School on Feb. 27 and parked the vehicle in front of the field house while he was at football practice.

FCCLA student gains leadership skills

Senior high student Candace Casey — along with her adviser Sheri Deaton, Family and Consumer Science instructor at White Hall High School — attended the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America’s Capitol Leadership program, Oct. 12-15 in Washington, D.C.

Food safety reports

The Arkansas Department of Health regulates the sale of food at establishments which include restaurants, bars, daycares, schools, grocery stores, convenience stores, bed and breakfast facilities, hotels/motels, mobile units and concession stands. Inspections are made unannounced by environmental health specialists.
