On Feb. 19 at about 2:45 p.m., Officer Dustin Summers was sent to 123 Ruth Cove where Robin Roark reported that he had been receiving threatening phone calls and text messages from another person.

White Hall police reports

On Jan. 16, Officer Robert Rogers was notified that the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office had Crystal Marroquin, 30, of Pine Bluff in custody on a warrant from White Hall District Court for failure to appear with a bond of $1,100. Rogers met a Lincoln County deputy at Tamo and took custody of Marroquin, who was taken to the adult detention center and booked into the jail on the warrant.

On Dec.13 at about 5:30 p.m. Officer Brent Bridges was notified that Michael Deweese of White Hall was in custody in Pulaski County on multiple misdemeanor warrants, including one from White Hall District Court for failure to comply with a bond of $645. Bridges faxed a copy of the warrant to the adult detention center where it would be served on Deweese after he was picked up in Pulaski County and transported back to Jefferson County by a sheriff’s deputy.

Two sentenced to prison in NCTR theft case

Two of three people who admitted stealing about $400,000 of government property that was being transferred to the National Center for Toxicological Research from the shutdown of the chemical weapons stockpile at the Pine Bluff Arsenal were sentenced to federal prison Wednesday.

On March 1 at approximately 11:30 am., Officer Brian Hornsby was notified that North Little Rock Police had Robert Moody in custody on a warrant from White Hall City Court for failure to appear with a bond of $1,570. Officer Steven Moreau met a North Little Rock officer at the Dixon Road exit and transported Moody back to the adult detention center. The warrant was cleared from the Arkansas Crime Information Center database.

On Oct. 31 at 4:10 p.m., a gas drive-off was reported at Big Jim’s at 8006 Dollarway Road. According to the report, the driver of a new model Nissan Pathfinder pumped $63.82 worth of gas and left the business without paying.

Police reports

On Oct. 28, Deana Bailey of White Hall reported that she had parked her car on the parking lot of Dollar General and went into the business to purchase some items. She said she left her doors unlocked and her purse laying in the seat and later when she went to take her medication, she noticed the prescription bottle was missing from her purse. She believes the only time the medication could have been taken was while she was at the Dollar General.
