On Dec.13 at about 5:30 p.m. Officer Brent Bridges was notified that Michael Deweese of White Hall was in custody in Pulaski County on multiple misdemeanor warrants, including one from White Hall District Court for failure to comply with a bond of $645. Bridges faxed a copy of the warrant to the adult detention center where it would be served on Deweese after he was picked up in Pulaski County and transported back to Jefferson County by a sheriff’s deputy.

White Hall Police Reports

On Nov. 14, Sgt. Sandy Castleberry was notified that Joel Cunningham, 24, of Little Rock was being held at the Little Rock Air Force Base on a warrant from White Hall District Court for failure to comply with a bond of $785 cash. Cunningham was transported to the adult detention center where he was booked on the warrant.

On Oct. 21, Officer Robert Rogers was on patrol in the area of U.S. 270 and Interstate 530 when he saw a person standing beside a vehicle in an unlit area of the commuter parking lot located at 8200 U.S. 270.

On Oct. 28, Deana Bailey of White Hall reported that she had parked her car on the parking lot of Dollar General and went into the business to purchase some items. She said she left her doors unlocked and her purse laying in the seat and later when she went to take her medication, she noticed the prescription bottle was missing from her purse. She believes the only time the medication could have been taken was while she was at the Dollar General.

On. Sept. 11, Kyle Merritt went to the White Hall Police Department regarding a court date that he had missed on Sept. 24. A failure to appear warrant for $1,335 had been issued by Judge Kim Bridgforth and Merritt was given a new court date. The warrant was deleted from the Arkansas Crime Information Center database.

Police Reports 9-11-13

On Aug. 29 at 9:38 p.m., a carbon monoxide alarm was activated at 809 Meredith Street. Fire Dept. Captain Tracy Weaver determined that the alarm was activated by a burner on the stove that had no flame. The house was cleared and evacuated.

Police reports 9-3-13

On Aug. 23 at 4:50 p.m., a gas drive-off was reported at Sandy Acres at 9225 Highway 270. A cashier reported that a person in a white four door vehicle had pumped $36 worth of gasoline then left without paying.
