Tickets for the annual Christmas Luncheon and Festival of Tables, sponsored by the Salvation Army Auxiliary, are on sale.
The event is scheduled from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 6 at the Great Hall of the First United Methodist Church, 200 W. Sixth Ave. Guests will be seated among tablescapes created by individuals, businesses and organizations in the community. Entertainment will be provided by the Jenkins Choir, and lots of door prizes will be distributed.
Because of fire regulations, the sale of tickets is limited to 328.
Tickets, which are $15 each, must be purchased before the event. None will be sold at the door. Carryouts will be available with prepurchased tickets.
The proceeds from the event are used to carryout projects through the local Salvation Army, especially those aimed toward youngsters and senior adults.
