Pine Bluff resident Jerry Martin won the overall title at the Arkansas State Bodybuilding Championship in Little Rock earlier this month. Martin was named 2015 Mr. Arkansas Physique and placed first in the Open Class B. Another Pine Bluff resident, Frank Whitemore placed first in Novice Class A and third in Open Class A.
