WOODLAWN — Jacob Richardson knocked in six RBIs to lift Woodlawn to a 14-0 win over Bearden Monday night.
Richardson finished the game 3 for 3 with a two-run home run, a three-run triple and an RBI single.
Trey Chapman was 3 for 3 with an RBI and Colton Williams was 2 for 3 with an RBI. Stephen Allbright had an RBI tripe while Colby Ferguson and Jayden Fultz had an RBI each.
Taylor Stitt earned the victory after pitching a complete game shutout. He allowed just three hits with no walks and eight strikeouts.
Woodlawn finishes the regular season 24-3 overall and 5-2 in the 7-2A East. The Bears will play Friday in the first round of the district tournament at Junction City.
The baseball game between Star City and DeWitt has been rescheduled for Friday following Monday’s rainout.
Smackover defeated Woodlawn on Tuesday.
