Razorbacks, Tigers to play at night

FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas and Auburn will play a night game in Razorback Stadium on Nov. 2.

But the exact kickoff time has not yet been determined.

The Southeastern Conference announced its television schedule for Nov. 2 games and Arkansas-Auburn will play at either 5 p.m. on ESPN2 or 6 p.m. on ESPN. The network will set the Arkansas-Auburn and Missouri-Tennessee broadcast schedule after Saturday’s games.

The Razorbacks (3-5, 0-4 in SEC) will try to break a five-game losing streak when they return from the off week to face Auburn. Arkansas snapped a four-game losing streak and earned its first SEC win last season at Auburn, beating the Tigers 24-7.

The Tigers are off to a 6-1 start this season, though, after a 45-41 win at Texas A&M last Saturday. First-year Auburn coach and former Arkansas assistant Gus Malzahn’s team was No. 11 in the first Bowl Championship Series standings, which were released Sunday.
