Families of students at White Hall’s Taylor Elementary School can adopt a Christmas “angel” by picking an ornament from the tree in the school’s front office to help the less fortunate, a spokesman said.
Each ornament will have a number on it which can be matched with a number on a sheet on the desk of Mrs. Laura Beth Shaner, school secretary.
Names of children assisted with presents from the Angel Tree will be kept confidential, the spokesman said.
