White Hall student gets scholarship

James Rose, the son of Mitch and Janice Rose of White Hall, was awarded the Wayne E. Sabbe-Arkansas Plant Food Association Endowed Scholarship for 2012-2013 by the Dale Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences at the University of Arkansas.

He is a sophomore majoring in environmental, soil and water science.
