Ragland-Vance Scholarship Recipient

<p>Teshema Woodfork, nursing student at Southeast Arkansas College, was selected and recognized as the 2012 fall semester recipient of the Joyce Ragland-Vance scholarship. The Ragland-Vance scholarship, established in memory of Joyce Ragland Vance by her family and friends, is a scholarship set aside for a deserving full-time Southeast Arkansas College student in a LPN to RN program.
