Good crowds turned out to enjoy the annual Southeast Arkansas District Fair and Rodeo held at Hestand Stadium. The fair calendar included a carnival midway, Senior Citizens Day, a gospel music talent show, the Southeast Arkansas District Talent Show, a rodeo parade and more.
