RYAN DARDENNE

Southern Arkansas catcher

Sophomore, Watson Chapel

Southern Arkansas (36-14, 23-7 GAC) won a three-game series against Arkansas-Monticello, winning the first two games before falling 11-3 in the final game. Dardenne managed just two hits in the series and scored three runs — all in the first game. In 48 games this season, Dardenne is batting .310 (52 of 168) with 32 RBIs and 43 runs scored. He has 12 doubles and four home runs with a OBP of .417.

ZACH BARR

Central Arkansas baseball

Sophomore, White Hall

In 12 appearances this season, Barr is 2-0 with an ERA of 3.86 in 14 innings of work. He has allowed six runs (all earned) on 11 hits with 15 strikeouts. Opponents have a batting average of .212 against him. UCA is currently 29-10 and 8-7 in the Southland Conference.

CHANCE CLEVELAND

Senior, Watson Chapel

Cleveland pitched a complete game shutout over Sun Belt rival Western Kentucky on April 26 as the Trojans won 5-0. He allowed three hits, walked one and struck out 10.

In 11 appearances, Cleveland is 5-6 with an ERA of 2.59 in 80 innings pitched. He has allowed 29 runs (23 earned) on 59 hits with 77 strikeouts and 18 walks. Opponents have a batting average of .205 against him. UALR is 22-22 and 8-13 in the SBC.

Junior, Pine Bluff High School

Arkansas State lost 6-0 to Memphis on Tuesday in Jonesboro. Johnson was 0 for 3. In 43 games this season, Johnson is batting .275 (46 of 167) with 17 RBIs, 25 runs scored and one home run. He has nine doubles and an OBP of .373.

Sophomore, Watson Chapel

In Tuesday’s loss to Memphis, Massanelli was 0 for 2 with a walk. In 41 games this season, Massanelli is batting .289 (41 of 142) with 26 RBIs and 18 runs scored. He has eight doubles, three home runs and a OBP of .360.

Arkansas State baseball

Junior, Woodlawn

In 11 appearances this season, Wallace is 4-1 with an ERA of 3.93 in 55 innings pitched. He has allowed 27 runs (24 earned) on 52 hits with 66 strikeouts and 17 walks. Opponents have a batting average of .249 against him. ASU is 24-21 on the season and 10-11 in the Sun Belt.

Junior, Fordyce High School

The Jets defeated Carl Albert 2-1 on April 28. Bradford pitched 6 1/3 innings, allowing just three hits with two walks and six strikeouts.
