The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff needs to contract its ticket sales to a private organization in order for those individuals purchasing season football tickets to acquire the tickets in a timely manner.
The athletic department sends me a letter every April, no later than May of each year, requesting payment for my season football tickets. Within a short period of time of my receiving the letter from the athletic department asking me to pay for my reserved seats, they will be up for grabs to anyone desiring these seats.
Now here it is Sept. 11 and I have not received my season tickets. When I call to inquire, I am always told someone will call me back or I will receive them in the mail.
As of this today, I have not received the return telephone call.
They need to do away with inefficient individuals and replace them with someone that really needs a job or else contract the job out.
