Preston Harness

JEFFERSON — Preston “Pat” Harness, 77, of Jefferson, died Thursday, January 3, 2013.

He was born September 8, 1935, in England, Ark., son of Oscar and Ruby Faye Spencer Harness.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Andrew Harness.

Survivors: wife, Mae Wallace Harness of Jefferson; children, Deborah Kay Harness, Cheyenne Harness, Herb Drye (Julie), Jeff Drye (Sheryl), Brenda Sperry and Pat Baugh (Eddie); 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and special friend, Stan Motsinger.

Services: 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 5, 2012, in Robinson’s Chapel. Burial: Jefferson Cemetery. Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Friday, at Robinson’s.
