Pete Albright

WHITE HALL — Mr. M. L. “Pete” Albright, age 80, of White Hall, died Saturday, January 5, 2013.

He was born October 12, 1932, at Hillsboro, NC, a son of the late Thomas Albright and Frances Ray Albright. He had served in both the United States Navy and the United States Marine Corps.

Pete moved to Pine Bluff in 1972 to work for the National Center for Toxicological Research. He was the Animal Colony Manager for a number of years, and retired as a Quality Assurance Specialist. His work had also included research labs in California and Maryland.

His survivors include his former wife and best friend, Joey Henry of Little Rock; a brother, Jeffrey Albright of Hillsboro, N.C.; two sisters, Joanna Parker (William) also of Hillsboro, and Kae Ramirez of Kingsburg, Calif.; his beloved dog, Tia; along with many other family and friends.

Burial will be at a later date in Hillsboro, N.C. Arrangements are by Fuller Hale-South Funeral Services.
