WHITE HALL — Ms. Pamela L. Evans, 48, of White Hall, passed away Sunday, May 19, 2013, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center.
Born February 21, 1965 in Pine Bluff, Ark., she was a daughter of Iris Smith Evans and the late Rowland J. Evans. She was reared and received her education in White Hall, graduating from White Hall High School.
Ms. Evans had worked for Jefferson Regional Medical Center in the Medical Records Department. She was a Medical Transcriptionist, working for both JRMC, as well as other doctors’ offices throughout her career.
After her father’s death in 2005, she devoted her time and energy to seeing after her mother and being her companion.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Ms. Evans is survived by her mother, Iris Evans, of White Hall; her two sisters, Cynthia A. Woolems and Patsy J. Coker, both of White Hall; her two brothers, Charles E. Evans, of Little Rock and Ronald L. Evans, of Redfield; and her beloved dog, Max; along with many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 22, 2013, in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son with Reverend Tom Hart officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
