Odis H. Cullins, age 67, of Pine Bluff, died, Wednesday, August 28, 2013. He was born March 16, 1946 in Rison, a son of the late Lavelle Wilson Cullins and Mary Ellen Simmons Freeman. Mr. Cullins served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War as a Tech Sergeant, having received the Bronze Star, Silver Star and was a Purple Heart Recipient. He was a sharp shooter and second class gunner. Mr. Cullins was a retired carpet layer. He loved the outdoors, was an avid fisherman and loved his family.
Mr. Cullins is survived by his wife, Peggy Thompson Cullins of Pine Bluff; son and daughter-in-law, Dennis and Angela Rose of Norfork, Ark.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Tommie Jean and Allan Wolfe of Pine Bluff, Tina and Bruce Wallace of Nebraska; three brothers, Charles Cullins and Curtis Cullins, both of Rison, David Cullins of Pine Bluff; one sister, Ellen Harrington of St. Charles, Mo.; four fishing partners, James Thompson, Elmer Thompson, Tommy Thompson and Timmy Thompson, all of Somerville, Tenn.; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren, and was anticipating his first great great granddaughter, AriOnna Baughman; and his loving nieces and nephews.

Funeral services with full Military Honors are 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at Peebles Main Funeral Chapel in Somerville, Tenn., by Peebles Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Mt.
