WHITE HALL — Mrs. Martha Ann Carter Hall, 63, of White Hall, passed away Sunday, March 10, 2013 at her home.
Born October 13, 1949, in Sheridan, Arkansas, she was the daughter of Elsie Carson Bridges and the late Alex Cotton. She received her early education in Sheridan and Oxford, Ala. attending Wilburn High School.
Mrs. Hall was a loving wife, mother, homemaker and grandmother, spending most of her time caring for her family.
She was preceded in death by her father; children, Kristy Kay and Keith Wayne Greer; husband, Frank Carter, whom she married in January 1985 and passed away in July 1998; and husband Bill Hall, whom she married in March 2003 and passed away in September 2007; her sister, Brenda Kay Burlison and her brother, Jimmy Cotton.
Survivors include her mother, Elsie Bridges, of Pine Bluff, her daughters, Monica Freeman Lay and Michelle Armendariz, both of Pine Bluff; step-children, Pam Carter, Alicia Vice, Frank Carter, Jr., John Franklin Carter, Edward Lee Carter, Lynette Dobis, of Pine Bluff and Arnette Green of Rison; her brothers David Bridges, of Sheridan and James Bridges of New York; and 12 grandchildren.
Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at White Hall United Methodist Church Cemetery with Reverend Glen Flemmons officiating by Ralph Robinson & Son Funeral Directors.
