Jerry Wayne Law, 65 of Pine Bluff, passed away Friday, March 29, 2013 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center.
Born January 11, 1948, in Pine Bluff, he was a son of the late Wendell and Evelyn Doss Law. He was reared and received his education in Pine Bluff attending Dollarway High School.
Mr. Law worked for Cargo Carriers as a Crane Operator and Supervisor until they closed. He then became a Truck Driver.
In May of 1984, he married Brenda Wolfe; together they have shared many memories and wonderful times. He was a family man in every sense of the word; he was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He revolved his world around his children and grandchildren. He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing. He saw possibility in everything and loved to go junking for the yet to be found treasure. He was as Baptist by faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Jessie W. Law and David C. Law and one granddaughter, Haley Addison.
He is survived by his loving wife of almost 28 years, Brenda Law, of Pine Bluff; his three sons, Terry Addison, Jr., William Darrell Law and wife, Brett, John Jerrell Law and wife, Stephanie, all of Pine Bluff; his five granddaughters, Shana, Emily, Kariemarie, Katelyn and one more on the way; his one great-grandson, Kayden; and one brother, Raymond Law and wife, Debra, of Pine Bluff.
A graveside service will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 2, 2013, at Good Faith Cemetery with Reverend James Watson officiating by Ralph Robinson & Son. The family will receive friends Monday evening 5-7 p.m. at Robinson’s. Friends may sign the online register at www.ralphrobinsonandson.com
