NEW YORK, N.Y.—Mr. Harvey Donegan, age 84, of New York City, New York formerly of Warren, Ark. died Tuesday, December 25, at home. He was born December 10, 1928 at Warren, Ark. a son of the late Harvey Donegan and Corinne Coker Donegan. He was a graduate of the Warren Public School system, The University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, and held a masters degree from Northwestern University, Evanston, Ill. He served in the US Navy, was a member of First United Methodist Church of Warren and was a retired staff member of Time Warner. Surviving is a cousin Ted Cash, Pine Bluff, Ark. Graveside services 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 2, at Oakland Cemetery. Visitation 9:00 a.m. until service at Frazer’s Funeral Home.
