KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Flood “Buggy” Johnson, Jr. was born June 10, 1966, in Kansas City, Mo. to the union of Flood Johnson, Sr. and Edith Marie Johnson. He was preceded in death by a brother, Harold Johnson.
He accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized by the late Pastor A. L. Johnson at Zion Grove Baptist Church. Flood attended school in the Kansas City, Missouri Public School District and graduated from Central High.
Flood Johnson, Jr. died at home, Sunday, July 21, 2013, in Kansas City, Mo. He will be deeply missed by all those that knew and loved him.
He is survived by his beloved parents, Flood and Edith Marie Johnson of Pine Bluff, Ark.; two children, William Flood Johnson and Mashauna Bond of Kansas City, Mo.; two brothers, Michael Johnson of Pine Bluff, Ark. and Carl “Butchie” Johnson of Kansas City, Mo.; two special cousins, Mr. & Mrs. Kenny Harris of Pine Bluff, Ark. and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
Graveside services for Mr. Johnson were held Saturday, August 3, 2013, at Blue Ridge Lawn Cemetery.
