WHITE HALL — Eva Nell Dice Donaldson, 70, of White Hall, went to be with the Lord, Saturday, December 24, 2011.
She was born May 22, 1941 in St. Francis County, a daughter of the late Robert C.B. Dice and Lavenia Thompson Dice.
Mrs. Donaldson was a member at Central Baptist Church and belonged to both the Fidelis Sunday school class, and the Senior Adults on Mission or SAM’S Club.
She had worked as a switch board operator at Jefferson Hospital before retiring in 2006 as an outreach coordinator for the Girl Scouts of America. Her pastimes included fishing and spoiling grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 28 years,
Mark Donaldson, on December 29, 2002; and brothers, Robert, Leo, and Reid Dice.
She is survived by her sons, Roy Cook, Keith Cook, and Tracy Cook and wife Marilyn; brothers, Richard Dice and Clarence Dice; sisters, Marjorie Steffke and Belva Jean Wallace; five grandchildren; and many other loving family and friends.
Memorial services will be Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. at Central Baptist Church with Brother Allen Elkins and Brother Richard Dice officiating.
Private interment will follow in Hardin Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Fuller Hale-South funeral chapel.
