Elaine Billips


WHITE HALL — Elaine Billips, born to John and Peggy Hudson, on May 2, 1961, was born in Kansas and raised in White Hall, Ark., where she graduated high school in 1979 and shortly after, married the love of her life, Paul Billips, with whom she raised four children: Valerie, Elizabeth, Melissa, and Joey.

Elaine was a strong, beautiful woman who devoted her life to her family and helped others in any way she could. She is an inspiration for all who know her.

Elaine is preceded in death by her father John Hudson, her daughter Elizabeth Billips, and her grandson Jack Samuel Stegall.

Elaine is survived by her husband Paul Billips, of White Hall, Ark.; her eldest daughter, Valerie Snyder, of White Hall, Ark; her youngest daughter, Melissa Billips, of White Hall, Ark.; her son, Joey Billips, of White Hall, Ark.; her son-in-law B.J. Snyder, of White Hall, Ark.; her grandchildren, Kaylin and Kallie Snyder, of White Hall, Ark.; her mother Peggy Hudson, of White Hall, Ark.; her brother Wendell Hudson, of Liberty Hill, Texas; her brother Russell Hudson, of Pine Bluff, Ark.; her brother Brian Hudson, of Liberty Hill, Texas; her sister, Belinda Kerr, of White Hall, Ark.; and her mother and father-in-law, Bernice and Max Billips, of Titusville, Fla.

Visitation will be Wednesday 6-9 p.m. at Taylor-Cox Funeral Home. Elaine’s funeral service will be officiated by Pastors Mike Cotrell and Ronald Grundy, on Thursday, September 5, 2013, 11 a.m. at the Taylor-Cox Funeral Home in Pocahontas, Ark.

Her pall bearers include: B.J. Snyder, of White Hall, Ark.; Jonathan Tolentino, of Siloam Springs, Ark.; Chris Smith; Timmy Snyder, of Star City, Ark.; Jasmine Pritchett, of White Hall, Ark.; and Jessica Rodney, of Sheridan, Ark.
