WHITE HALL — Mrs. Dorothy C. Burlison Stephens, age 83, of White Hall, died February 5, 2013, at the White Hall Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Mrs. Stephens was born August 17, 1929, in Humphrey, Ark., a daughter of the late James and Annie Cross Crouch.
Mrs. Stephens was reared and educated in Humphrey, where she attended the Humphrey schools.
She was a member of the First Pentecostal Church of God in Humphrey and a Hospice Nurse for Area Agency on Aging.
Mrs. Stephens was preceded in death by her two husbands, Felton Burlison and Charles V. Stephens; two sons, Thomas Dale Burlison and Jerry Burlison, daughter, Bonnie Andrews, grandson, Thomas Burlison and great-grandson, Colby Pitt.
She is survived by three sons, James and Michael Burlison, both of Pine Bluff and Ronald Burlison of Memphis; two daughters, Brenda Johnson of North Little Rock and Robin Petefish of Lawrence, Kan.; sister, Jewell Folson of Austin, Texas; 13 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, February 9, 2013, at the First Pentecostal Church of God in Humphrey by Ralph Robinson & Son Funeral? Directors with Reverend Don Gordon officiating. Burial will be in Flynn Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. at Robinson’s Friday evening.
