Mr. C.L. Bradley, 82, of Pine Bluff passed away Thursday, March 14, 2013 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center.
He was born on October 5, 1930 in Pine Bluff to the late Nathaniel Bradley and Birdie Lee (Lovell) Bradley.
He attended Coleman Schools until he entered the United States Army, where he was a veteran of the Korean War, receiving an Honorable Discharge after proudly serving his country.
He was a dedicated employee of W.S. fox and Sons until his retirement in 1992. He was a faithful member of the St. Luke A.M.E. Church, where he served as a trustee, an usher and an member of Sons of Allen.
Following his retirement, he actively participated in the wellness center at JRMC. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, and working in his yard.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving Wife Ruby Summers Bradley of Pine Bluff; Sons, Anthony Bradley of Pine Bluff, Stevie Bradley of DeSoto, Texas; Daughters, Cathy Clark, Karen Blunt both of Pine Bluff; Brothers, Dennis Bradley of Los Angeles, Calif., Coleman Enright(Karen) of Pine Bluff; Sisters, Vera Hawkins, Nellie Mohaganey of Pine Bluff, Sallie Matthews of West Covina, Calif.; seven Grandchildren, four Great- Grandchildren, seven step grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives who will always love and miss him.
Funeral Service will be at 12:00 Noon, Friday, March 22, 2013 at St. Luke A.M.E. Church by Rev. Reginald Cleaver. Burial will be in St. Luke Cemetery by Brown Funeral Home of Pine Bluff.
Visitation will be from 5:30-7 p.m. Thursday March 21 at the funeral home.
