Charles Whyte “Chuck” Caldwell, age 67, of Pine Bluff, died Wednesday, November 7, 2012.
Chuck was born March 18, 1945 at Tulsa, OK, a son of the late Met Jones Caldwell and Mary Elizabeth Berry Caldwell. He was reared and educated at Pine Bluff, graduated from Pine Bluff High School in 1963, and served in the United States Navy.
For several years, he worked at manager of Magic Mart at Kinta, Mo. He was a locksmith at the Pine Bluff Arsenal for 22 years, and retired in 2005.
Chuck was an avid motorcyclist, and had traveled to 34 states during this year. He also enjoyed photography and was a licensed airplane pilot.
Survivors include his wife, Rebecca “Becky” Manes Caldwell, whom he married on November 20, 2007 in Las Vegas; a sister, Dell Keathley of Leasburg, Va; a stepson, Jeremy Graves (Kari) of Star City; and three step-grandchildren, Haley Graves, Mackenzi Graves, and Gage Boykin.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, at Fuller Hale-South Funeral Chapel.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
