HOUSTON — Mr. Charles Anthony (Tony) Bryant, son of Edith Spharler Bryant of Pine Bluff and the late Charles Sherman Bryant, passed away December 2, 2012 in Houston, Texas, following a heart attack. He was 58 years old.
He was a graduate of Watson Chapel High School, and attended Ouachita Baptist University for two years. He had lived in Houston for over 30 years.
Tony is survived by his wife, Judy McNeil Bryant of Houston, Texas, one son, Joshua McNeil Bryant, an honor student at the University of Texas in Austin, Texas his mother, Edith Spharler Bryant of Pine Bluff, a brother, Sherman Michael Bryant of Esslingen, Germany, two sisters, Nancy Bryant Huff of El Paso, Texas, and Cindy Bryant Bradley of Warner Robbins, Ga., along with six nephews and three nieces.
There will be a graveside memorial service at 10 a.m. Monday, December 17th at Good Faith Methodist Cemetery on Apple Street in Pine Bluff. His family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association in his memory.
