Betty Sue Ratliff James Stokes, 77, of Pine Bluff, died Saturday, August 4, 2012.
Born April 24, 1935 at Pine Bluff, she was the daughter of the late Porter Ratliff and Irene Ingram Ratliff.
A homemaker and a member of the First Assembly of God in White Hall, Betty Sue had been a pianist and featured singer during the 1960’s for the KADL Jamboree.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Walter James, on May 10, 1981; and a son, Larry James, on June 4, 2005.
She is survived by her husband of 30 years, David Stokes; daughters, Debbie Rainey, and Shelia Sanchez; sons, Mark James and wife Tammy, Michael Stokes and wife Laura, and Newton Stokes and wife Anya; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and many other loving family and friends.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Graceland Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Fuller Hale-South Funeral Home.
