Anne Molock Hardin, age 71, of Pine Bluff, died Thursday, September 19, 2013. She was born May 19, 1942 at Searcy, a daughter of the late Hubert Wendall Molock and Belle Bryant Molock.
Many of the close friendships that she made in the Class of 1960 at Altheimer High School were maintained throughout her life. For many years she worked as the Office Manager and Pageant Coach at her daughter’s business, Pine Bluff Dance Academy.
She also served as a local director for the Miss Arkansas Pageant and Arkansas’ Outstanding Teen Pageant. Anne was a mentor to many young ladies, an avid Razorback fan, and an animal lover. She was a member of East Side Baptist Church. Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Donald Molock; and an uncle, L. D. Molock.
Anne’s survivors include her daughter, Stacy Jeanne Hardin; an uncle and aunt, J. W. and Maxine Bryant of Pine Bluff; nephews and nieces, Donald K. Molock and daughter, Canaan of Shreveport, Michael A. Molock and children, Jon Michael and Anne Marie of Ashdown, and Kathleen Molock Connor and son Tommy of Maumelle; a sister-in-law, Sheila Molock of Altheimer; along with many other loving family and friends. Funeral services will be Saturday, 10:00 a.m. at Fuller Hale-South Chapel with Brother Roger Stewart officiating. Interment will follow in Flat Bayou Cemetery at Altheimer.
