The suspects arrested Tuesday are charged with conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute unregulated prescription pills and controlled substances. Authorities said the drugs were Schedule II narcotics, including, oxycodone, oxymorphone and hydromorphone.
Those arrested were Brian Fletcher, 28, Jeremy Burton, 28, Heather Gooden Story, 27, Stephanie Hagie, 28, and Michael Young and Burnett Smith, 45, all of Conway; Jason Hobby, 31, of North Little Rock, and Frankie Drennan, 49, of Little Rock.
U.S. Attorney Chris Thyer said the arrests resulted from an investigation that began in 2011 by the federal Drug Enforcement Administration in cooperation with the Conway Police Department Narcotics Unit.
