Three Jefferson County residents were among 25 people from across the state recommended for pardons by the Arkansas Parole Board Thursday.
The three were as follows:
• Dustin Hardester, convicted of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Reginald M . Johnson, convicted of seven counts of breaking or entering and three counts of theft of property.
• Verba Hill Wainwright, convicted of aggravated assault.
All three have served their sentences and satisfied all monetary and other requirements.
The recommendations will be sent to Gov. Mike Beebe, who will make the final decision.
