A Jefferson County man who was seen urinating on the parking lot of a business Monday afternoon will face a drug charge after sheriff’s deputies found cocaine in a cigarette pack he was holding.
Dominique Finnen, 23, was on the south side of O’Reilly’s Auto Parts Store at 28th Avenue and Camden Road when Sheriff’s Sgt. Mickey Buffkin and Investigator John Bean approached him, Tri-County Drug Task Force Investigator Danny Fletcher said in a probable cause affidavit.
Fletcher said Finnen was holding a cigarette pack in his hand and when deputies looked in the pack, they found suspected cocaine that weighed 0.3 grams.
Pine Bluff District Judge John Kearney set a $10,000 bond for Finnen after ruling prosecutors had probable cause to charge him with possession of a controlled substance.
Finnen said he would hire his own attorney and was told to come back to court June 19.
