The reported robbery of an individual Sunday night at a house on the north side of Pine Bluff resulted in the arrest of a man who allegedly took a television from the residence.
Darrius Henderson, 18, and another unidentified man allegedly hit the victim. Henderson allegedly took the TV while the other man held the victim down, Detective Jacqueline Stevenson stated in a probable cause affidavit.
The incident was initially reported as a disturbance at a house in the 2400 block of Bell Street and the victim said he let Henderson in the house because Henderson was a boyfriend of another resident.
Stevenson reported that when Henderson was arrested, he denied any involvement in the incident.
Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set a $25,000 bond for Henderson after ruling prosecutors had probable cause to charge him with robbery.
Bridgforth appointed the Public Defender’s Office to represent Henderson and told him to come back to court Jan. 15.
