A man was arrested early Friday morning after allegedly firing nine rounds at his ex-girlfriend’s house while she, her boyfriend and two children were inside, lying on the floor to avoid the gunshots.
Kenneth Ray Oglesby Jr., 27, was arrested on felony terrorist act and aggravated assault charges, according to Pine Bluff Police Department spokeswoman Regina VonTungeln.
Officers were called to the 1200 block of South Hickory Street at 5 a.m. The alleged victim said she got a call from Oglesby and could hear him outside talking. He allegedly broke the glass to her front door and she called 911.
Oglesby allegedly fired the shots into the house through the broken window. Officers arrested him at Sixth Avenue and Georgia Street. VonTungeln said he was uncooperative and a taser was used in his arrest.
