More than 10,000 child pornography images were allegedly found on a Pine Bluff man’s computer Wednesday by law enforcement.
David Boyd, 42, was arrested and could face 10,000 counts of computer child pornography, according to a press release from Pine Bluff Police Department spokeswoman Regina VonTungeln.
The PBPD Cybercrimes unit and the Central Arkansas Internet Crimes Against Children Task Group conducted the search at 8:30 a.m. in the 3800 block of U.S. 65 South in Pine Bluff after being tipped off by the State of Mississippi’s Attorney General’s Office, which initiated the investigation and traced the computer IP address to Pine Bluff.
Members from the Arkansas State Police and Homeland Security Investigations assisted with the warrant.
Several items were taken for evidence from the residence and more charges possible, pending further investigation, VonTungeln said.
