Lisa McIntyre, 41, was one of several people found in a house in the 5800 block of Kinght Street when police vice and narcotics officers served a search warrant Thursday afternoon.

Deputy Prosecutor Maxie Kizer said a second smoking pipe, digital scales, empty zip-lock bags and 15 individual bags containing a green vegetable substance that field tested positive for marijuana were also found.

A second person who was in the house was arrested on misdemeanor charges while a third was released pending further investigation.

Jefferson County District Judge Kim Bridgforth set a $25,000 bond for McIntyre after ruling prosecutors had probable cause to charge her with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
