Pine Bluff police attempting to make a traffic stop on a vehicle Sunday arrested the driver after he allegedly threw two plastic bags containing a suspected marijuana out the window of the vehicle.

Willie Baines, 25, was driving the car and when police stopped it, they saw a small bag of suspected cocaine in plain sight.
