Pine Bluff police attempting to make a traffic stop on a vehicle Sunday arrested the driver after he allegedly threw two plastic bags containing a suspected marijuana out the window of the vehicle.
Willie Baines, 25, was driving the car and when police stopped it, they saw a small bag of suspected cocaine in plain sight.

In addition to the felony allegation of possession of cocaine, Baines was also charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana and several traffic offenses.
