Greenville building’s future to be decided with community input

Pine Bluff School District Superintendent Linda Watson emphasized that the Tuesday vote by the Board of Directors to close Greenville Elementary School at the end of the school year does not mean the end of the building that houses it.

“We are closing Greenville Elementary as a K-5 school but we will schedule an April meeting at Greenville to speak to the community and to get input from the community into how the building should be used in the future,” Watson said.
