<p>Pine Bluff Fire and Emergency Services Engineer Laron Edwards, left, and Lt. Bruce Bailey, along with Training Director James Jackson, right, works with Fire Chief Shauwn Howell as he crosses the finish line of an obstacle course Monday. The activity was part of a three day exercise for all firefighters during their yearly physical. Howell did the course first as tradition, and finished in 9 minutes and 36 seconds. ‘If the chief can get out from behind a desk and do under 10 minutes, then the rest of these guys can do it,’ Howell said.
