PBNB honors employees

Pine Bluff National Bank announced the recipients of three employee awards at their annual Christmas party last week. The awards were presented as follows:

Volunteer of the Year: Joey Gieringer

Gieringer is a member of several non-profit and charitable organizations, including CASA Women’s Shelter and Relay for Life, as well as a volunteer with the Junior League Chili Cook-off and other various fundraisers throughout the community. This year, he spent an enormous amount of time and effort in organizing the first half marathon race for CASA.

Employee of the Year: Jamie Thrower

PBNB employees nominate a co-worker who stands out in work ethic, attitude and willingness to help others. Thrower was honored by her peers as this year’s recipient.

Brenda Thompson Award: Carlotta Aytch

The late Brenda Thompson was a senior vice president of PBNB until she died from cancer. This award honors her legacy by recognizing an individual who possesses integrity and dependability. Aytch was recognized for embodying an outstanding demonstration of these values.
