UAPB to offer nanoscience, robotics training for science teachers

The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff will offer a professional training institute in nanoscience and robotics for Jefferson County-area sixth- through ninth-grade teachers.

Open to 20 teachers, the institute will be from 9 a.m. to noon and 1-3 p.m. June 10-14 in the Walker Research Building conference room. Each participant will receive a stipend for attending and earn 20 professional development units. The institute is free, but registration is required.
