Private First Class Laquandaneshia O. Stacker recently graduated from the U.S. Army Basic Combat Training facility at Columbia, S.C.
Stacker completed a 10-week intense combat training program in Fort Jackson as one of 54 recruits in A-1-61st 4th Platoon.
She has been assigned to Advance Individual Training (AIT) as part of the Human Resources Division at Fort Jackson in Columbia, a division of the 1st Battalion, 61st Infantry Regiment.
A native of New Orleans, Stacker is a Hurricane Katrina survivor and a 2012 graduate of Pine Bluff High School.
She is the niece of Mark Essex Smith and Samona Smith, granddaughter of Melva Trask, all of Pine Bluff, and great-granddaughter of Mary Wright-Pierre of San Jose, Calif.
