Karen M. Cash and Glenda L. Dean were recently promoted to vice presidents at Simmons First Trust Company, N.A., according to Joe Clement, President of Simmons First Trust Co.
Cash serves as a manager of retirement plan services and previously worked in the employee benefits area of the trust company in recordkeeping, operations and administration. She joined Simmons First in 1997 and has nearly 16 years of experience with the trust company.
Cash completed the Cannon Financial Institute Retirement Plan Services I – IV and holds the certified retirement services professional certification.
Cash was a member of the 2007 Class of Leadership Pine Bluff and is an active civic and community volunteer. She currently serves as President of the Kiwanis Club of Pine Bluff, on the Board of Voices for Children and volunteers her time with Neighbor to Neighbor and Special Olympics.
Dean has more than 29 years of experience with Simmons First with nearly half of her time with the trust company. She holds the position of manager of Corporate Trust.
Dean attended Henderson State University and is a graduate of the Cannon Financial Corporate Trust School and is a certified corporate trust specialist.
Dean was a member of the Leadership Pine Bluff Class of 2008 and is active in her community through her volunteer efforts as a loaned executive for the United Way of Southeast Arkansas.
Dean also serves on the Board of Directors of Voices for Children, the Downtown Pine Bluff Rotary Club and the White Hall School District Educational Advisory Committee. She is a member of the White Hall Lions Club and served on the Steering Committee Capital Campaign for CASA Women’s Shelter.
