Sheriff receives humanitarian award


Citing over two decades of commitment to public service in the field of public safety, Freddie A. Jenkins, Dir. State President, Emeritus pesented Jefferson County Sheriff Gerald Robinson its coveted “Clarence A. Jenkins Humanitarian Award” this week. The award was presented to Sheriff Robinson for his outstanding service rendered to the community, city and State of Arkansas and for giving beyond the call of duty to aid his fellowman.

This is the first year that Sheriff Robinson has received the award.
