SEARK coordinators serve on nursing council

Two coordinators of the nursing program at Southeast Arkansas College recently served on the Associate Degree Council of Nurse Administrators for Nursing Education Programs (in Arkansas.

Magnolia Woods, instructor and coordinator of the LPN/Paramedic to RN program at SEARK, recently was elected to a one-year term as the council’s secretary. Diann Williams, vice president of Nursing and Allied Health/Institutional Effectiveness at SEARK, completed a term as chair for the council.

NANEP serves in an advisory capacity for the Arkansas State Board of Nursing in matters relating to the education of nurses in Arkansas.
