The Southeast Arkansas College Office of College Affairs recently hosted a Food for the Soul Luncheon for students and employees. The luncheon was the final 2013 Black History Month event for the college. Joanna Edwards, professor at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, was the speaker. The Rev. Michael Williams Sr. of Family Time Baptist Church performed the National Negro Anthem and music was provided by Milton Jackson. Attendees were served fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, greens, cornbread, peach cobbler and sweet potato pie.
