PBH student receives UAPB scholarship

Brandon Starks of Pine Bluff, a senior at Pine Bluff High School, was recently awarded an Academic Tuition Scholarship from the Office of Recruitment at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. The Academic Tuition Scholarship pays full tuition.
