Constitution Day Observance


The Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff will conduct its annual Constitution Day Observance at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, in Dawson-Hicks Hall Auditorium with the Keynote Address by former Arkansas State Representative Efrem Elliott (Democrat), District 11. Criminal Justice, History and Political Science majors will conduct a “Mock Signing of the Constitution” and distribute copies of the Constitution at 11 a.m. in front of the LA Davis, Jr. Student Union.
