The 10th annual Kids’ Fest is planned for April 19 and 20 at White Hall City Park.
The event is designed to celebrate children and educate the community on child abuse awareness and prevention.
The festival will kick off at 6 p.m. Friday, April 19 with a rock climbing wall, inflatable games, food vendors and a new event called Praise In The Park that will feature local praise and worship bands, drama teams and vocalists. Friday night’s events will end with a laser light show starting at 8:30 p.m.
Saturday’s events will begin at 11 a.m., with a talent show featuring performances by local youths, and will continue until 4 p.m., with free activities including a petting zoo, featuring Matty the Capuchin monkey, train ride through the park, inflatable games, a cupcake making competition, and a concert featuring Jason Truby.
Those interested in showcasing a business, church or organization at the event should register by April 10.
Booth registration forms and talent show entry forms may be picked up and returned to White Hall City Hall.
