Chanel Alexis Allen was recently crowned Watson Chapel Homecoming Queen 2012. Chanel is the daughter of Mitra and Joy Allen. She is the granddaughter of Wilbert and Birlee Lever and the late Bernard and Peggy Allen. She is a member of the National Honor Society, Beta Club secretary, Student Council, Youth Advisory Council’s president, SOS, and graduate of Junior Leadership of Pine Bluff. Chanel plans to attend Howard University at Washington, D.C. (Special to The Commercial)
