Watson Chapel class adopted by SAU, Georgetown


The students of Lillian Hemphill’s 7th period class at Watson Chapel Junior High School was recently adopted by Southern Arkansas University at Magnolia and Georgetown University at Washington, D.C.

The students conducted research and prepared projects about colleges and universities throughout the U.S. to enhance their collegiate prospects and careers.

Students thanked the schools for adopting their class and donating supplies, including Jordan Pitts and Kaylia Johnson for their hard work with SAU and Georgetown during this project.
